My mission is simple. I want to add value to your strategy planning process and in turn, help your organisation achieve your outcomes. I will help you and your teams feel heard, so that they see themselves as a changemaker in the process.

I am a corporate facilitator in strategy planning and leadership development. I am also an executive coach and a trainer in public policy. I’m experienced in facilitation but more than that, I’m a questioner, nurturer, listener and I believe that the human experience needs to be guided rather than controlled. This impacts the way I show up and facilitate.
My facilitation is informed by process facilitation, humanistic psychology, and experiential learning. This means that I focus on taking in what is happening in the moment, making sense of it and offering appropriate interventions.
I focus on questions, dialogue and learning to allow creativity to flow.
I plan my facilitation to have regular check-in points to ensure that participants can shift and re-focus on what they need.

Pre-workshop I will work with you closely to outline your needs and the deliverables. Following this you will receive a proposal detailing approach, key milestones and cost. I am able to include more facilitators if required.
Interviews with key stakeholders can be included in the process pre-workshop. Notes from these interviews will be used to shape the workshop.
I will research background readings for workshops and/or industry trends.
Lastly, I will collaborate with your admin team on administrative note to workshop participants and pre-readings.
Workshop methodology – I balance the of divergence of ideas to generate choices and convergence to make choices for the next steps. I often use a Mid-Point check-in to stocktake the progress and pivot the methodology if needed.
